As a data producer / manager
As a producer or manager of environmental data, the GD4H enables you to enhance the value of your resources to stimulate their mobilization for healthcare use.
By creating an account, you will be able to add and describe your datasets as precisely as possible, while updating them regularly. The platform will give you feedback on the use and quality of your datasets.
The GD4H catalog enables you to lists your datasets in order to highlight them for the health-environment community. To reference your data, simply send a message to the GD4H team and we will help you through this process.
Please note that the GD4H is not a data storage platform. To make data available for download, it must be hosted on a third-party platform.
As a re-user of health environmental data
The datasets listed in the GD4H catalog are provided with metadata, i.e., descriptive information to help you understand their content, origin, precautions for use and cross-referencing with health data. The data is not stored directly on the GD4H, but a link will direct you to the hosting platform where you can download it.
Some reuses associated with the datasets are also available to illustrate concrete examples of use in the health-environment field.
To post your re-uses (indicators, derived datasets, research articles, tools, etc.), in the health-environment field, please contact the GD4H.
Whether you are a researcher, a health-environment expert or an environmental data reuser looking to cross-reference these data with health data, the GD4H platform offers you access to a rich catalog of resources. You will find relevant datasets, resuses and tools for healthcare use.
The platform also offers legal tools to facilitate data access (designed for the French law), as well as examples of innovative initiatives to encourage collaboration between players and promote the use of environmental data to advance research and knowledge production in health-environment.
